Platform Usage Guide

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to g168. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the g168 platform. This document governs your access to and use of all services, games, and features available on our platform.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the g168 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the g168 platform.

G168 reserves the right to modify, update, or improve these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's own responsibility to periodically review any updates to the terms. Continued use of the platform following any amendment shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Eligibility

To register for and use the g168 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal gambling age under your local jurisdiction — whichever is higher.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any prohibition or restriction list imposed by any relevant authority.
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling is strictly prohibited by law.
• Not currently under an active self-exclusion period from any gambling platform.

G168 reserves the right to request age verification at any stage of use. Accounts found to have been registered by underage users will be terminated immediately and all funds held therein will be forfeited in accordance with the relevant compliance procedures.

3. Registration & KYC Verification

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the g168 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any existing balances.

As part of our commitment to security and legal compliance, g168 conducts a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit the following documents at any stage:

• Valid national identity card or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months).
• Source of funds documentation may be required for high-value transactions.
• A current selfie taken alongside your identification document.

All information you provide during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. The KYC process is typically completed within 24 to 48 working hours after the required documents are submitted. Until KYC is completed, certain withdrawal limits may apply to your account.

4. Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

Regarding Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 3 to 10 minutes for fully verified users.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used during deposit, subject to anti-money laundering policies.
• The first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.
• G168 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

5. Bonus & Promotions

G168 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly reloads, cashback, and special challenges. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions as stated in its respective promotional terms.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per individual, address, phone number, or IP address unless otherwise stated.
• G168 reserves the right to void any bonus that has been abused or claimed through improper means.
• Bonus value may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash before wagering requirements are met.
• The validity period for each bonus is as stated in the relevant promotional terms. Bonuses that expire without their requirements being met will be automatically forfeited.

6. Game Rules

All games offered on the g168 platform operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent international bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including g168 itself.

The specific rules for each game are as stated within that game's interface. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before play begins. In the event of a conflict between the in-game rules and these general terms, the game-specific rules shall take precedence.

• The use of assistance software, automated bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Any action that disrupts other players' gameplay or the platform's systems is a serious violation.
• Settled game results are final and may not be disputed except on grounds of a verifiable technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, g168 will resolve the situation in accordance with the relevant compensation policy.

7. Acceptable User Conduct

Users of the g168 platform are required to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action taken against your account:

• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Fraud, document forgery, or providing false information to g168.
• Use of software or methods to hack, intrude upon, or interfere with the platform's systems.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Filing unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback claims.
• Threatening, insulting, or intimidating customer support staff or other users.

G168 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of any suspicious activity. All transaction records and platform activity logs are stored securely and may be used as evidence in investigations where required.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to the relevant verification procedures.

G168 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• A court order or regulatory directive requiring account restriction.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

9. Limitation of Liability

G168 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

While g168 strives to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, we do not guarantee that services will always be available free of technical disruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

• G168 is not responsible for any losses arising from the use of login credentials by unauthorised third parties.
• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account information.
• Any losses arising from disruptions to the user's internet service are outside the responsibility of g168.

10. Amendment of Terms & Jurisdiction

G168 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. We will endeavour to notify users of material changes via in-app notifications or registered email.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to mutually agreed arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that provision shall be deemed void, while the remainder of these terms shall continue in full force and effect.
